91¶¶Òõ is accredited by the Association of Independent Schools of New England (AISNE), and is approved by the Vermont State Board of Education. The school is 501c3 nonprofit and a member of the Independent Schools Association of Northern New England (ISANNE), The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS), Small Boarding Schools Association (SBSA), and the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
